In May 2012, I was approached by the fine folks at the Plainfield Recreation and Aquatic Center (my former employer during my college years) to assist with a series of commercial spots that would help promote their newest outdoor water attraction, the Leisure River. Shooting with a set of Sony Handycam HDR-FX7 cameras and the assistance of Rob Probus from Beacon Bulb Productions, the two of us braved the heat for the day during the water park’s grand opening and got some great footage of patrons enjoying the beautiful facility. I was responsible for creating the graphics and editing the final spots together. I look forward to future collaborations with the Plainfield Rec Center and wish them a great summer season.
